The equipment is equipped with three linear axes (XYZ) and one rotary axis (C). The turntable is placed horizontally and is dedicated to the maintenance of the pattern block elevation. The turntable design can realize the clamping and processing of two pattern blocks at one time. The headstock is a vertical configuration and equipped with a double-output right-angle milling head. The tool face is located in the center of the chuck. It can be automatically processed under the control of the CNC system to ensure that the face is normal and the flatness is guaranteed.
