Five-axis CNC grinding machine has four linear axes(XYZU) and two rotary axes(AC).The gantry type frame provides the enough stiffness and reasonable space.U axis realize the self-positioning function so tool nose of different length can locate the center of rotarty axis and improves the precision observably.With automatic pneumatic clamping,the toolframe is matched with grinding wheel spindle of different length,and realizes the multi-group of grinding wheel and grinds various tools.
