1. Overview and main purpose of machine tool
The equipment is equipped with four linear axes (YZWU) and two rotary axes (AB). The rotary table is placed vertically. The pattern block tooling can be servo adjusted to ensure that the center of the pattern block with different diameters coincides with the center of the rotary table. It is equipped with special software programming, which can automatically calculate the angle, coordinate and drilling depth of each point by importing the blowhole expansion diagram and the cross section of the pattern block. Each axis is under servo control. Under the control of the program, the hole positioning and drilling can be completed automatically.
