YFX-2500MP five-axis CNC milling machine is specially used for processing of patterns and type block slots of bias tire molds.The machine is provided with four servo axes including three straight axes and one rotary axis,and one mechanical rotary axis.The mechanical rotary axis can realize positioning at any angle and bigger range of turning degree,and processing of fixed axis in normal direction.According to client’s requirement,it’s able to process all kinds of complicated patterns and type block slots precisely under the control of CNC program.By adopting Taiwan LNC operating system,the machine with excellent processing performance could realize high-precision and speed machining.
